By placing an order with us (online), you agree to pay a 15% cancellation fee (maximum fee of $25.00) should you decide to cancel your order for any reason.  Additionally, If a credit card was used for the order, your refund will be minus 3% credit card fee as well as the cancellation fee.

Pioneer Arms USA provides a full one year refund, repair, or replacement warranty.  The front trunnion carries a lifetime warranty that follows the rifle. In other words, even if you are not the original owner, if there is ever an issue regarding the front trunnion, then Pioneer Arms USA will repair or replace the rifle free of charge. We have every confidence that the warranty will never be needed as these new rifles have been test-fired extensively by both Pioneer Arms USA and our friends at James River Armory. Also, JRA test fires each rifle before the final packing.
